We're looking for someone who believes dogs deserve more than just supervision. If you're calm, observant and passionate about behaviour, enrichment, puppy development and animal welfare, we'd love to meet you.
Permanent part-time leadership role based in North Parramatta.

Who we are looking for
GREAT FIT
Calm, observant and confident under pressure.
Passionate about canine behaviour, welfare and enrichment.
Uses positive reinforcement and good judgement every day.
Committed to continuous learning and raising the standard of dog care.
PROBABLY NOT A GREAT FIT
Looking for a dog cuddling or supervision role.
Prefer chaotic play over calm, structured care.
Believe in dominance, punishment or outdated training methods
Resistant to feedback, coaching, learning or continuous improvement.
What you will be responsible for
Creating a calm, safe and enriching environment where every dog can thrive.
Observing behaviour, body language and social interactions throughout the day.
Helping puppies and small dogs build confidence through positive experiences.
Upholding exceptional welfare, safety and fear-free handling standards.
Recording meaningful behavioural notes and client updates.
Contributing to a premium client experience built on trust and education.
