Dog Daycare & Group Classes
By clicking "Yes" to confirm any booking or service with TBRC Pty Limited (ABN 50 680 148 912), trading as The Belly Rub Club ("TBRC"), you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Eligibility and health
Vaccinations – All dogs must be fully vaccinated with a C5 vaccination and up to date with worming, tick and flea treatment, completed at least 5 days before attending. TBRC requires proof of vaccination when booking or on your dog's first day, and an up-to-date vaccination certificate each year.
Puppies in Puppy Pre School – To attend Puppy Preschool, puppies must have had at least their first vaccination and be up to date with flea, tick and worming treatment, and be free of intestinal parasites. Puppies must have been in their new home for at least 3 days and appeared healthy during that time. TBRC requires proof of first vaccination when booking or on the first day.
Desexing - All dogs over 12 months must be desexed to attend daycare, unless breed-specific authorisation from a vet is provided. A temperament assessment still applies.
Size and breed – The Belly Rub Club is exclusively for small dogs. Whilst we do not discriminate on breed, all dogs require a size & temperament assessment and dogs deemed to big for the group regardless of temperament may not be accepted. TBRC cannot accept any breed deemed "dangerous" by the NSW Government, including the American Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Presa Canario, Dogo Argentino and Fila Brasileiro. All owners accept that their dog will share spaces with other breeds.
Suitability assessment – All dogs are assessed for suitability for daycare during their initial visit. If a dog is assessed as not suitable, TBRC will refund all pre-paid and unused daycare sessions.
Recent injury, illness or surgery – If your dog has had a significant injury, illness or surgery in the last 6 months, TBRC may request a vet report confirming they are fit to attend and ask you to sign a disclaimer accepting the risks. After routine surgery (such as desexing, dental work or wound repair), incisions must be fully healed and stitches removed, usually around 14 days after surgery.
Right to refuse entry – TBRC reserves the right to refuse entry to any dog at its discretion, including for health, behaviour or welfare reasons.
2. Care, safety and liability
Veterinary care – If your dog needs veterinary care (emergency or non-emergency) while in TBRC's care, we will contact you or your emergency contact. If we cannot reach either, we will make decisions in the best interests of your dog's health. You agree to pay all veterinary costs incurred while your dog is in TBRC's care.
Optional services – You agree to pay all costs and charges for optional services you request.
Adjusting services – TBRC may adjust or change your dog's services where needed to protect the safety and welfare of all dogs in our care.
Ownership and behaviour – You confirm that you are the sole owner of your dog, free and clear of all liens and encumbrances. You are solely responsible for any harm or damage your dog causes to other dogs, people or property while in TBRC's care, including biting, scratching or other aggressive or dangerous behaviour.
Liability – To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, TBRC, its employees and agents are not liable for any illness (including paralysis tick or canine influenza), injury, loss, damage or death that may occur to any dog attending TBRC for any service. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Authorised collection – Your dog will only be released to people named on your customer record, including emergency contacts. To authorise someone else to collect your dog, email hello@thebellyrubclub.com.au with their name before pick-up or add it to your PetBoost Profile.
Late or missed collection – If a dog is not collected by closing time, TBRC staff will arrange overnight care and a $90 board and food fee will apply per night. Your dog can be collected from 9am the next morning. If not collected, a daycare fee will also apply for each additional day.
Abandoned dogs – A dog not collected within 7 days of its last booked service is considered abandoned. TBRC will follow its Abandoned Pet Procedure and may arrange suitable care for the dog, including releasing the dog to the local council or a rehoming group.
3. Bookings, casual care and cancellations
Bookings and availability – All bookings are subject to daily availability and TBRC's booking procedures. To maintain structured social groups and appropriate dog-to-handler ratios, TBRC may limit or refuse attendance requests.
Casual care – Casual daycare is available for occasional visits without a package or membership. Casual places depend on daily capacity and your dog's suitability on the day.
Cancellations – Bookings must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the session. Late cancellations incur a cancellation fee. TBRC may waive this fee at its discretion for unwell dogs or owners.
4. Pre-paid Day Packs
About Day Packs – Pre-paid Day Packs offer discounted pricing in exchange for a commitment to use the allocated visits. Package credits do not expire.
Package credits – Package credits cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash or transferred to another account, except as set out under Suitability below.
Package use – Packages are linked to the account holder and may be used by multiple dogs living in the same household, provided each dog is registered under the same client account and has been assessed as suitable for daycare.
Availability – Purchasing a package does not guarantee availability on any particular day. All package bookings remain subject to daily availability.
Suitability – If a dog is assessed as not suitable for daycare, TBRC will refund any pre-paid and unused daycare sessions.
Pricing changes – TBRC may change package pricing and inclusions at any time. Changes will not affect packages already purchased.
5. Club Memberships
Minimum term – All Club Memberships have a 12-week minimum commitment. Memberships are billed weekly, on the same day of the week you subscribed, to your nominated card via Stripe. After the minimum term, your membership continues week to week until you cancel through your profile.
Cancelling within the minimum term – If you cancel within the minimum term, the remaining weeks of that term are still payable.
Using your membership – Like a gym membership, it is the member's responsibility to use their reserved days and included benefits. Membership fees are charged whether or not the reserved days or benefits are used. Included daycare days and all membership benefits, including grooming credits, nail trims, enrichment add-ons and Training Boosts, are provided for the period stated in your plan (weekly, fortnightly or monthly). Anything not used within that period expires. It cannot be carried over, refunded, exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
Extra days – Members can book extra days at their membership's per-visit rate, subject to availability.
Membership pauses – Pauses are available as set out in your plan and must be requested through your profile. Paused weeks are not billed and do not count towards the minimum term.
Closures – If TBRC is closed on one of your reserved days (for example, a public holiday), no additional credit or make-up day will be provided. You may use that day's credit on another available day within the same week.
Member rates – Your membership rate is locked in for your minimum term. All members will be given at least 30 days' notice by email of any increase.
Transfers – Memberships cannot be transferred to a dog not named in the original booking, unless that dog lives in the same household and has been assessed as suitable for TBRC.
Suitability – If a dog is assessed as not suitable for daycare, or TBRC ends a membership for safety or welfare reasons, no further fees will be charged and any pre-paid, unused days will be refunded.
6. Payments and billing
Payment authority – You authorise TBRC to charge your nominated debit or credit card for any amount payable under your bookings, packages or membership. Payments are processed through Stripe. It is your responsibility to make sure sufficient funds are available. If a payment fails, you must arrange payment by another method, or make sure funds are available by an agreed time.
Outstanding balances – Any outstanding balance, including incidentals, add-ons or special services requested during your dog's stay, is payable on collection. This will be charged to your nominated card on the day of collection or the next working day.
Changing your details – Changes to your billing information require 14 days' notice. You are responsible for keeping your contact details up to date. Failing to do so does not affect these terms.
Billing errors – Please check your statements. If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, email us as soon as possible. If we find an error, we will refund the amount (including any fees or charges) via Stripe and confirm the adjustment in writing. If we find no error, we will explain our reasons and provide any supporting evidence in writing.
Debt collection – If you default on any payment, you:
Authorise TBRC to notify a debt collection or credit reporting agency
Agree to immediately pay the full outstanding balance, including any arrears and payments still due
May be liable for the costs of recovering your overdue account, including legal fees, interest and collection agency costs
7. Puppy Preschool & Classes
Enrolment – Puppy Preschool is a 4-week course for puppies aged 8 to 16 weeks at the start of the course. The full course fee is paid at booking to secure your puppy's place.
Cancelling before the course – If you cancel with at least 7 days notice before the first class, you'll receive a full refund or credit. With less than 7 days’ notice, we can transfer you to a future course, subject to availability.
Missed classes – Missed classes are not refunded. Where space allows, you're welcome to join the same week's class in a future course to catch up.
Unwell puppies – Please keep your puppy home if they're unwell, and let us know before class. You're welcome to attend without your puppy, so you don't miss the learning.
Class changes – If we need to cancel or reschedule a class, we'll let you know as soon as possible and offer a make-up class.
Who attends – Each enrolment covers one puppy and up to two adults. Children are welcome if they're seated and supervised by an adult at all times.
8. General
Accuracy of information – You confirm that all information you have given about your dog is accurate, and that you have disclosed all relevant information about your dog's health and behaviour.
Changes to these terms – TBRC may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website, and we will email active members and package holders about any significant changes. Continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the updated terms.
Agreement – By confirming a booking or purchase, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Digital assets, Photography, Videography & Digital Media
Terms and Conditions.
Consent – By using TBRC's services, facilities, classes, training, workshops, community walks, events or any other TBRC activity, you agree that you, your dog(s) and anyone accompanying you may be photographed, filmed or recorded.
How media is used – TBRC may use these photos, videos and recordings for marketing, advertising, promotional, educational, social media, website, print and other business purposes, without payment or further notice. This applies to media captured at TBRC's premises and at off-site activities, public and community events, organised walks, training sessions and excursions.
Licence – You grant TBRC a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, edit, publish and distribute photos, videos and recordings captured in connection with its business activities.
Withdrawing consent – To withdraw consent, email hello@thebellyrubclub.com.au with your name, your dog's name and the date of your request. TBRC will take reasonable steps to stop future use of images and recordings featuring you or your dog. You acknowledge that:
Content published before your request may remain in circulation
TBRC is not required to remove content already published, printed or distributed
You or your dog may still appear incidentally in group photos, videos or event footage
TBRC cannot control how third parties share or reproduce content once it is published
Other attendees, members of the public or media may independently photograph or record events

This Privacy Policy explains how TBRC collects, uses, stores, protects and discloses information from users of our website and services. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Anonymity – Where possible, you may interact with us anonymously or using a pseudonym. However, without your personal information we may be unable to accept bookings or provide our services.

Terms and Conditions
Dog Boarding
By clicking "Yes" to confirm any booking or service with TBRC Pty Limited, I acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
For dogs over 5 Months, to receive overnight care from The Belly Rub Club (TBRC), all dogs must be fully vaccinated with C5 Vaccinations, and up to date on all worming, tick and flea treatment and this must be done at least 7 days prior to attending. TBRC will require evidence of record of vaccination when making a booking or arriving for the dog's first day and request up-to-date vaccination certificate annually.
For dogs under 5 months, to receive overnight care from must have had at least their first vaccinations, flea, tick and worming treatment and be free of intestinal parasites. All puppies must have been in their new home for at least ten days and have appeared healthy during this time. TBRC will require evidence of record of first vaccination when making a booking or arriving for the dog's first day and request up-to-date vaccination certificate annually.
All dogs over 7 months are required to be de-sexed or neutered in order to board at TBRC.
TBRC reserves the right to only board dogs that are regular Daycare clients and have been assessed by The Belly Rub Club for suitability for daycare, our environment & staff and are therefore comfortable in our care. For any dog assessed not to be suitable for daycare, will not be admitted for boarding. If a dog is accepted for boarding although prior to a boarding booking is then deemed unsuitable, TBRC reserves the right to cancel all future bookings and a refund of all pre-paid and unused boarding will be refunded to the client.
TBRC is unable to accept any breeds that are deemed 'dangerous' according to the NSW Government; including American Pit Bull, Japanese Tosa, Presa Canerio, Dogo Argentino and Fila Brasileiro. TBRC has made the decision to only accept small/medium sized breeds and will not accept dogs regardless of breeds that do not pass our temperament test. All owners must accept that their dogs will be in areas with other breeds regardless of boarding or daycare services requested.
Where a Dog has had a significant injury/illness/surgery within the last 6 months TBRC may require that the owner provide a vet report confirming fit-to-board and sign disclaimer accepting risks. For admission after a routine surgery (i.e. desexing, dentals, wounds) surgical incisions must be fully healed and the stitches removed (usually completed 14 days post-surgery).
TBRC reserves the right to refuse to board any dogs as it sees fit.
In the case of an incident with your dog requiring veterinary care (non-emergency or emergency), we will contact you or your emergency contact. Where we are unable to make contact, we will make decisions on your behalf in the best interests of the pet’s health. All veterinary care bills incurred will be payable by the owner as per the terms and conditions.
You agree to pay all costs and charges for optional dog services requested by you.
You agree to pay all veterinary costs for your dog incurred during the time the dog is in TBRC’s care.
TBRC reserves the right to adjust/change the pet’s services where deemed appropriate to ensure the safety and welfare of all dogs in their care.
The owner certifies that they are the sole owner of the pet, free and clear of all liens and encumbrances and you agree to be solely responsible for any and all acts or behaviour, harm or damages that occur to other dogs, people or property resulting from aggressive, dangerous, and unacceptable behaviour including but not limited to biting, scratching and clawing while it is in TBRC’s care.
The dog will be released from boarding only to persons named within your customer record including emergency contacts. You must advise in writing naming any other authorised persons to collect your dog to hello@thebellyrubclub.com.au to authorise alternate pick ups.
If a dog is abandoned or not collected from boarding on their set check out day, TBRC Staff maintain the dog for overnight boarding and the client will be charged a $90 Board & Food charge and the Dog can be collected by 9AM the next morning. If not collected the client will be charged subsequent boarding charges at the daily rate for each remaining calendar day for up to 14 Days.
If a dog is deemed abandoned, such is not collected within 14 Days of the last booked service, TBRC will follow their Abandoned Pet Procedure and has the right to find suitable care for the dog, which may include but not limited to releasing the dog to local council or rehoming groups.
Under no circumstances will TBRC, its employees or agents be responsible for paralysis tick, canine influenza, injury, loss, damage or death of any kind whatsoever, whether or not caused by any negligent act or omission of TBRC, its employees or agents, that may occur to any dog staying at TBRC for any services.
A deposit is payable at the time of booking for each boarding stay. This is fully refundable during a 24 hour cooling-off period. After 24 hours, deposits are non refundable although can be transferred as credit to a future boarding. Unless otherwise specified, any credits accumulated by customers will have an expiry date of 12 months from when the booking was made.
Cancellations are accepted with 7 days notice to hello@thebellyrubclub.com.au. Changes can be made up to 48 hours prior to check in of your dog, extensions of boarding are subject to availability and animal welfare.
The balance of each booking is payable on arrival and any outstanding balance of any booking is payable upon collection of your dog including any incidentals, add-ons or special services requested during the dog's stay. This will be charged on departure to the owner’s credit card on the day of departure or next working day.
Boarding rates are charged on a per-calendar-day basis and the owner agrees to pay the rate for boarding effective on the date the pet is checked in to TBRC (as advised in the price list effective at the time of booking).
A $10 surcharge per pet, per day will apply to all Daycare & Boarding bookings including the day of arrival or departure on all NSW Public Holidays.
If you decide to change your billing information, 14-day notice is required. You are responsible for notifying TBRC if your contact details change. Failure to do so has no bearing on any of the terms of this agreement.
You may not transfer boarding dates to any other dog not named in the original booking contract.
You understand that boarding rates are reviewed periodically and may increase. This is regardless of the contracted amount or contract term. Members will be notified a minimum of 30 days prior to any such membership rate increase by email.
Debt Collection Action- The Customer: a) Authorises TBRC to notify any debt collection or credit reporting agency upon default by the Customer in regard to any obligation to pay under this debit authorisation; b) agrees to immediately pay the full outstanding balance of the remainder of the payments due, including any current arrears, should a default occur prior to this payment request terminating; c) may be liable for any costs associated with the recovery of your overdue account, this may include, but is not limited to the following; legal fees, interest and mercantile agency collection cost.
This agreement relates to TBRC boarding service and is not applicable to Daycare stays. Should you require Daycare for your pet you agree to TBRCs Dog Daycare Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to modify, alter, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the customer's responsibility to review our terms and conditions periodically for changes. Your continued use of the service after any modifications indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
By signing these conditions you hereby allow your pet to be photographed and/or filmed, which will occur only at TBRCs premises in a controlled situation. Photographs and/or footage may be used by TBRC for promotional or advertising purposes.
By signing these conditions the owner certifies to the accuracy of all information given about the Dog, and that the owner has provided all relevant information about their Dog and their pets health.
The owner acknowledges by signing this contract they agree to the above terms and conditions.
