Enrichment Made Simple
Mental stimulation that actually works. No complicated setups, no expensive equipment, just real results.
You've heard that dogs need mental stimulation. You've probably tried a few things. But if you're not sure what actually counts as enrichment, why it works, or how to make it part of a normal day without it becoming another task on your to-do list, this workshop is for you.
Enrichment is not about keeping your dog busy. It is about giving them the kind of mental engagement that genuinely supports calm, confident behaviour. When it is done well, it changes how your dog thinks, feels, and settles. This workshop will show you how to make that happen, simply and sustainably, in your everyday life.
Who Is This Class For?
This workshop is for any dog parent who wants to understand enrichment properly and make it work in real life. It is a great fit if you:
Have a puppy with plenty of energy and want to channel it in the right direction
Have a dog who is left alone during the day and want to set them up to settle well
Want to add more variety and stimulation to your dog's daily routine
Are curious about enrichment but not sure where to start or what actually works
Dogs of all ages and energy levels are welcome. This is a relaxed, hands-on session, so bring your dog along and let them join in. Your dog gets to try things on the day. You leave knowing exactly what to do at home and why it makes a difference.

What enrichment actually means and why it matters for your dog's behaviour and wellbeing
Why a tired dog is not always a happy dog, and what mental stimulation actually does
How to build enrichment into your daily routine without spending a fortune or adding extra work
How to use enrichment to support calm, settled behaviour at home
Live hands-on demonstrations of enrichment activities your dog gets to try on the day
